Once again this year, on the evenings of concerts at the Palacongressi Auditorium (5-11-15-18-24 September), the public of the Sagra Musicale Malatestiana will be offered a useful service. Every evening, from 9 pm to 11 pm, children aged at least three years will be able to enjoy an active musical experience under the guidance of the qualified instructors of Rimini's CEMI Association, who also teach music with the Suzuki method at the Giovanni Lettimi Institute in Rimini.
During these activity sessions, the young guests will sing nursery rhymes, recite tongue-twisters and create dances while absorbing melodies and songs, and will follow exercises helping them to observe and then correctly reproduce musical rhythms using the body as well, fundamental for perceptive experiences of all kinds in children.
For up to a maximum of 12 children every evening, each session will also offer the possibility of acquiring familiarity with musical instruments in general, an experience that in addition to being enjoyable in itself may even be the start of a future musical activity.
Participation is free, subject to the availability of places, with bookings by telephone to 0541 704294/95/96.
